This Privacy Policy explains how imagiluxion ("imagiluxion", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by an individual based in Singapore, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our website at imagiluxion.ai and our related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is an AI application programming interface (API) platform that provides unified access to third-party artificial-intelligence models for text, image, and video generation.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account information — your email address and an encrypted (hashed) password when you register; optional display name.
- Authentication identifiers — where you sign in via a third-party provider (e.g., OAuth), the basic profile identifiers that provider shares with us.
- Communications — information you provide when you contact us for support.
1.2 Information generated through use
- API keys / access tokens issued to you for authenticating requests.
- Usage and request metadata — model name requested, request and response token counts, timestamps, status, and quota/credit consumption.
- Technical data — IP address, browser/user-agent, and similar log data collected automatically for security and abuse-prevention.
1.3 Payment information
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Creem. We do not collect or store your full card number or other sensitive payment-instrument details. Creem processes that data under its own privacy policy. We receive only limited transaction information (such as a transaction identifier, amount, status, and the email associated with the purchase) needed to credit your account and keep billing records.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including routing your requests to upstream AI providers.
- To authenticate you, manage your account, and issue and meter API keys and credits.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and maintain billing and tax records.
- To monitor usage, ensure security, detect and prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law (such as the EU/UK GDPR) requires it, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, and improving the Service); compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where required.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

When you submit content to an upstream AI provider through the Service, that content is handled under the provider's own terms and privacy policy. Please review the policies of the providers you use.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Billing and transaction records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal-compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account as described below; some records may be retained where we have a legal obligation or legitimate interest to keep them.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International Transfers
We operate internationally and use service providers located in various countries. Your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection for such transfers.
