Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on imagiluxion.ai (the "Service"), operated by imagiluxion, an individual based in Singapore. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Creem. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Service

imagiluxion sells prepaid credits (or quota) that you use to access third-party AI models on a pay-as-you-go basis. Credits are a digital product that is delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment and are consumed as you make requests.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and to resolve eligible requests within a reasonable time.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Creem. Once a refund is processed, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunded credits are removed from your account balance.

6. Cancellation

The Service is prepaid and does not require a recurring subscription; there is nothing to "cancel" to stop future charges. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Any remaining unused balance may be refundable subject to Section 2.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
